At 7:05 pm, our psychic artist, Angela Kaufman, senses the presence of a spirit: a grey-haired older woman in the dark. She also senses the presence of an unidentified male spirit.

At 7:15 pm, Angela sensed the spirit of an elderly, Caucasian woman with white hair. She explains in her notes that “this is not the same lady she first sensed when entering the location, and that the woman is 'mean-spirited.'” At the time, our artist did not know of the “old hag” that one of the children reported seeing. She also sensed an “illness brought on from the damp, like pneumonia; she could feel and sense “chest congestion,” despite the fact that she was physically in good health herself. She did not know at the time that, in the late 1880s, a butcher residing across the street from the location died of tuberculosis or consumption.
