December 27, 2004 ~ Rensselaer Investigation
The ISIS team decided to investigate a location in Rensselaer after a positive EVP sampling at the premise. After only taping for approximately five minutes, two female investigators managed to capture a shockingly clear male evp stating, "I am dead." During that five minute session, the investigators also captured strange banging and knocking.
The occupant of the premises, along with numerous witnesses have complained of; hearing noises, seeing shadows out of the corner of their eye, lights turning on and off by themselves, footsteps on the front stairs of the location when the front door was locked and no one could enter, and the doorbell ringing by itself all the time. Also, all of the cabinets in the kitchen have been found open and dishes can be heard moving around by themselves.
It has been reported that a former resident stayed at the premise for only two days and refused to return after hearing strange noises. The resident reported feeling uneasy and stated that they never wanted to return to the premise again because they believed it to be haunted.
Although there was no positive video evidence during this investigation, there were numerous evps; many of them whispers, some unidentifiable sounds, and a few clear, male voices appear.
