The terms and conditions created by ISIS Paranormal Investigations stand as an agreement between our web visitors, and/or our clients, and/or potential clients and us. We recommend that you thoroughly read all of the terms and conditions established herein, before you request our services or view the information provided on our site.
ISIS Paranormal Investigations’ single aim is to assist our clients in every feasible manner possible. In terms of our website, we want our web visitors, clients, and future clients to have every opportunity to enjoy a website that possesses interactive features, as well as delivers educational material that is paranormally themed or themed to a variety of unique subjects. We seek to make our site as informative as possible, and we hope that our future services will provide enlightenment, understanding, and an opportunity to learn new things about paranormally oriented subjects. ISIS Paranormal Investigations also wants to definitively and resolutely create an interactive community, where the convergence of the likeminded can foster a welcoming, amiable, responsive place on the Internet where ideas can be freely expressed without fear of ridicule, derision, scorn, disdain, contempt, or disrespect.
ISIS Paranormal Investigations requests that each and every visitor to our site hereby abide and agree to the following terms and conditions assigned to the use of our website, the information, and the material we provide. As a visitor to the ISIS Paranormal Investigations’ site, you agree that these terms and conditions are binding, and that you will adhere to the said conditions of our site’s use, as well as the conditions assigned to the use of any or all of our material and information. You also agree that you fully understand the terms, rules, and regulations associated with the types of investigations we offer, as set forth in this document.
1. DEFINITIONS
Affiliates/Affiliations: The term affiliates is used to define other organizations in the paranormal community that offer similar investigative services or hold similar interests when compared to the offerings and/or services and interests held and maintained by ISIS Paranormal Investigations. Herein described and defined as “affiliates” or “affiliations.”
Client/Potential Client: someone or a group of individuals or a business that requests an investigation from the ISIS Paranormal Investigations Team or a client that is selected by our team. Herein referred to as “the client,” “a client,” “a potential client,” “individual,” and/or “you.”
Evidence: for the purposes of this document, the term evidence will describe audio, video, written communications, oral communications, memos, announcements, email contacts, telephone interviews and communications, interviews, photographs, electronic voice phenomena samples, tape recordings, video recordings, and any other evidence gathered before, during, and immediately after an investigation.
ISIS Paranormal Investigations: Otherwise known as I.S.I.S. Paranormal Investigations, as well as “Intuitive, Supernatural, Investigative, Services,” is referred to as and herein defined as “ISIS Paranormal Investigations,” “ISIS Paranormal,” “ISIS Investigations,” “ISIS Paranormal Radio,” “IPR,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our.”
ISIS Paranormal Radio/ IPR: ISIS Paranormal Radio, otherwise understood as IPR, is a derivative of ISIS Paranormal Investigations. Herein defined as “ISIS Paranormal Radio,” “IPR,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our.”
User, Viewer, Visitor: The latter terms define any and all guests that use, view, download, or otherwise utilize the offerings on the ISIS Paranormal Investigations website. Herein described and defined as “user,” “viewer,” “visitor,” “individual” “client,” “potential client,” and “you.”
TERMS OF USE
ISIS Paranormal Investigations hereby authorizes our visitors to view, download, and access the material offered on the ISIS Paranormal Investigations website, but ISIS Paranormal Investigations maintains sole and exclusive ownership of all material created and/or generated by ISIS Paranormal Investigations, its team members, or its cofounders. Any other material that is not owned by ISIS Paranormal Investigations remains the sole property of its original creator or owner and it cannot be assumed that the ISIS Paranormal Investigations team transfers any rights to you for the use of such material. You may not use any of the material on the ISIS Paranormal Investigations website for commercial purposes unless you have received permission from the cofounders of the ISIS Paranormal Investigations team in writing. You may print, download, view, or access our material for your personal use only, and our material cannot be shared unless otherwise stated and the conditions assigned to the use of said material are met in full.
All materials generated and produced by ISIS Paranormal Investigations are protected under copyright laws regarding such material and any and all violations of copyright will be viewed as infringement, and appropriate measures, including legal measures, will be taken to rectify the infringement or to compensate for the infringement in question.
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
The terms and conditions herein explained and defined are a legal arrangement that exists between ISIS Paranormal Investigations and our clients, potential clients and web visitors, and apply to our investigation services, information services, all of our materials, and radio show.
IT IS CRUCIAL THAT AS A CLIENT, POTENTIAL CLIENT, OR VISITOR ACCESSING THE ISIS PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS WEBSITE, THAT YOU CAREFULLY REVIEW AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR DOUBTS THAT ARISE AFTER READING AND REVIEWING THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU, AS A POTENTIONAL CLIENT, CLIENTS, OR WEB VISITOR ARE ADVISED TO IMMEDIATELY CONTACT THE ISIS PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS TEAM OR THE COUFOUNDERS FOR CLARIFICATION ABOUT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF AFTER YOU HAVE THOROUGHLY REVIEWED OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND YOU ARE NOT IN FULL AGREEMENT WITH THE SAID TERMS AND CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED IN THIS DOCUMENT, AND YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS HEREIN, WE ADVISE THAT YOU LEAVE THE ISIS PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS SITE, AND/OR THAT YOU DO NOT MAKE A REQUEST FOR OUR SERVICES. 2. INVESTIGATION POLICIES AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
2.1. ISIS Paranormal Investigations has established strict guidelines pertaining to investigation requests, and how investigations are conducted. As a potential client or existing client, you must familiarize yourself with the defined regulations. It is your responsibility to fully read and comprehend our investigation procedures regarding investigation requests, and the investigation process, and it will be assumed that you have fully read and understand the regulations defined in this agreement.
2.2. You acknowledge that this terms and conditions document remains binding and that you understand that ISIS Paranormal Investigations reserves the right to make amendments, changes, alterations, or adaptations to our investigative techniques, methods, and requirements, and these terms and conditions as we see fit to do so, without personal notification to you at anytime. We will however, announce any changes, edits, alterations, modifications, and amendments on our website when such changes are implemented and made, as soon as it is possible for the ISIS Paranormal Investigations team to do so.
2.3. ISIS Paranormal Investigations will only respond to serious queries pertaining to the paranormal and investigation requests. You agree that by requesting an investigation that you sincerely believe that your events are paranormally related or that your events are of paranormal origin and that you are, in no way whatsoever, attempting to deceive, con, trick, mislead, misinform, defraud, or otherwise act in a dishonest fashion with the ISIS Paranormal Investigations Team. The latter acknowledgement includes any and all email communications, written communications, and/or oral forms of communication that you have with any and/or all of our team members and its co-founders/co-directors.
2.4. When you request an investigation from ISIS Paranormal Investigations, you agree that you understand that any and all information in the form of electronic voice phenomena (EVPs), email communications, photographs, whether instant, digital or standard, video recordings, audio or voice recordings, documentations, interviews, gathered and collected information obtained through investigative measures, readings, and all items, materials and communications labeled as collected evidence herein not specifically named and including esoteric means of evidence collection, immediately forever becomes the property of ISIS Paranormal Investigations and is also immediately copyrighted by ISIS Paranormal Investigations. You therefore acknowledge that you have no right to transfer the right to use any of the above mentioned forms of information, materials, and evidence that our team has gathered, to other individuals our organizations at any time. You also agree and recognize that at no time whatsoever, now or in the future, will the ISIS Paranormal Investigations team pay you for the use of any information, photos, electronic voice phenomena samples, recordings, interviews, documentation, or evidence collected at or during any of the investigations we offer.
2.5. You further agree that we may use any and all of the information, photos, videos, EVPs, documentation, recordings, communications, or anything shared with our team in written and/or in oral form, and/or anything identified by our team as collected evidence in any way we see fit, both now and in the future, for media events, inclusion in books, inclusion on our radio show or other media venues with other groups and organizations, for movie and television productions, or any other form we choose, excluding the use of real names and specific addresses if anonymity is requested, without compensation and/or credit at any time for the use of such material.
2.6. You acknowledge and understand that if you desire anonymity you must specify that you want your identity and location kept confidential. While the ISIS Paranormal Team will make every effort to request whether or not an individual wants to remain anonymous when and if we report findings, we do not guarantee that the question will arise. It will be assumed, if the client does not advise us in writing that the client does not desire anonymity the ISIS Paranormal Investigation team will not be held accountable for revealing the identity/or location of individuals if the individual does not purposefully, in writing, make clear the desire for anonymity. In addition, if the client requests anonymity and later chooses to reveal their identity in conjunction with the information collected by the ISIS Paranormal Investigation team, regardless of how or in what form the individual reveals their identity, again ISIS Paranormal Investigations takes no responsibility for the decision of the client or the result associated when one’s identity is revealed.
2.7. If an individual or client chooses to have their identity revealed in any and all of the communication forms that ISIS Paranormal Investigations chooses, the results of such reports and the act of revealing one’s identity fall onto the individual and/or client(s) willing to share their identity and location. ISIS Paranormal Investigations accepts no responsibility for the outcome of events if and when our clients choose to openly announce who they are or where a location is.
2.8. When the ISIS Paranormal Investigation team conducts an investigation an extensive interview is conducted with the client/clients. You, as an individual, client, or business that seeks an investigation, agree to answer our questions truthfully and without attempt to deceive or defraud the ISIS Paranormal Investigation Team. You further agree that the information shared with us in an interview can be used by us in any way we choose in any form, excluding real names and real addresses or anything that would reveal the SPECIFIC location of a client(s) that demands an anonymous status. You also agree that you will conduct interviews and or communications when you are completely sober, and not under the influence of any mind altering substances at any time.
2.9. When the ISIS Paranormal Investigation team conducts an investigation we will often have communication with the client via email and telephone interviews in addition to conducting an interview. You, as an individual, client, or business that seeks and investigation, agree to answer our questions truthfully and without attempt to deceive or defraud the ISIS Paranormal Investigation Team. You further agree that the information shared with us in a telephone interview, personal interview, or via email and other forms of communication, can be used by us in any way we choose in any form, excluding real names and real addresses or anything that would reveal the SPECIFIC location of a client(s) that demand an anonymous status. All demands for anonymity must be supplied IN WRITING WITH CLIENT(S) SIGNATURE before being honored. You also agree that any and all communications with our team are truthful and honest, to the best of your knowledge.
2.10. You agree, as an individual that instigates communication or agrees to communication with the ISIS Paranormal Investigation team, that we can discuss your communication with us or share the information provided to us, in any form we see fit, be it in our shared information in writing, on our radio show, or in any other form. You further agree that the information shared with us in a telephone interview, personal interview, or via email and other forms of communication, can be used by us in any way we choose in any form, excluding real names and real addresses or anything that would reveal the SPECIFIC location of a client(s) that demand an anonymous status. All demands for anonymity must be supplied IN WRITING WITH CLIENT(S) SIGNATURE before being honored. You also agree that any and all communications with are team are truthful and honest, to the best of your knowledge.
2.11. You agree and understand that the ISIS Paranormal Investigation team, its members, and its cofounders are NOT physicians, or certified psychologists and/or psychiatrists. You further understand that we cannot offer you medical advice in any regard, and that if you request medical advice from our team members or the cofounders, you will be advised to seek out a medical professional. We do not offer psychological counseling services, and you understand that if you should require counseling services, or if our team believes that a recommendation to a certified and licensed medical/psychological professional is warranted, we will advise you to seek assistance in that regard. You further agree that you understand that if you should ever threaten to harm yourself or another, that the ISIS Paranormal Investigation team is morally obligated to contact the proper authorities. Further, you understand that while some of our members are familiar with herbals and herbal remedies, we do not and will not advise you to use herbal remedies, solutions, treatments or any form of herbal product without first consulting your physician or professional herbalist. You acknowledge that we completely and utterly recommend that you DO NOT INGEST OR USE ANY HERBS until you have received the approval of a physician or herbalist and the ISIS Paranormal Investigations team will take no responsibility for the ingestion or use or misuse of herbals (herbs) at any time. You also acknowledge that you understand, that in some services the ISIS Paranormal Investigation team offers, that the team will utilize herbs and, in some instances, incense or oils, and that the team will not be held responsible for any allergic or unusual reaction that is the direct result of such use.
2.12. You agree that our services are only offered to you per your request, or that our services are offered to those businesses/clients/organizations that have an interest in receiving such services. You further acknowledge that the ISIS Paranormal Investigation team will never force a client to have an investigation, nor do we force a client to follow any of our recommendations. If you have certain and specific religious affiliations, the ISIS Paranormal Investigations team will refer you to the affiliation of your choosing for more assistance, if you would prefer to work with an organization with a similar religious affiliation.
2.13. If you request an investigation, you acknowledge that you are fully aware the members of ISIS Paranormal Investigations are primarily Wiccan and that you have no issues or concerns with our religious affiliations. You further acknowledge that our religious affiliations will in no way cause you concern when and if we decide to investigate or during the process of our investigations. You understand what Wicca is and that most of our members are otherwise considered and called witches, and that, regardless of what your religious affiliations are, you do not have an issue with any or all of our members being practitioners of the Wiccan faith.
2.14. You agree that when you request an investigation and we respond to your request, that you will not have anyone that is not pertinent to the investigation at the premises while the investigation is conducted without the prior approval of our team. ISIS Paranormal Investigations wants to keep the investigation location, calm and organized, and individuals unnecessary to the case should not be present. This rule is implemented simply because our team wants to eliminate the possibility of destroyed or tainted evidence collection at the time of the investigation. You further agree that you will make no attempt to purposefully taint or destroy evidence, or that you will not purposefully create evidence in an effort to deceive our team or its members/cofounders.
2.15. You understand that the ISIS Paranormal Investigations Team offers investigative services in certain parts of New York, Massachusetts, and Vermont. You also acknowledge that you understand that the ISIS Paranormal Investigations team may request fuel reimbursement in certain instances. For individuals living within the boundaries of Massachusetts, New York, and Vermont, our team is delighted to offer investigative services. You understand that, as a standard practice, we request a fuel reimbursement from those individuals living beyond a fifty mile radius from Albany, New York for conducting investigations, unless otherwise agreed to by our team during your initial contact. In emergency situations, we offer pro bono investigations outside a 50 mile radius of Albany, New York. If we request to conduct an investigation at a location, no fuel reimbursements are requested. We also happily accept donations to help minimize the costs associated with equipment use and travel. If you would like to donate to our team, you may do so. Due to the unfortunate and astronomical rise in fuel costs, the costs of equipment, and the increasing demand on our time, you acknowledge that we charge a fuel reimbursement for those clients outside a fifty mile radius of Albany, New York for investigative services, UNLESS we establish and set up the investigation ourselves and request to do an investigation at a location without the client contacting us first. Such reimbursement requests can be discussed with clients upon initial contact with our team. You further understand that we will never surprise any client with a request for reimbursement, and a client will be fully advised before we take on an investigation if a fuel reimbursement, in part or in whole, is required.
2.16. You acknowledge and understand that the ISIS Paranormal Investigations team does not condone the use of Ouija Boards for the use of spirit communication, and that we will not use Ouija Boards during our investigations. You also acknowledge that we do not conduct séances or table tipping events nor do we condone such actions. If the use of Ouija Board, the conducting of a séance, or the conducting of a table tipping event is requested, the request will be denied by our team.
2.17. The ISIS Paranormal Investigations team does not conduct exorcisms. Exorcisms involve a ritual that is sanctioned by the Christian Church and we are not a group that has any church affiliations. We do however; conduct clearings, otherwise known as cleansings, which attempt to alleviate the negative in a given location. There are no guarantees assigned to or associated with a clearing, and we cannot promise that all paranormal events will end or be resolved if a clearing/cleansing is performed by our team.
2.18. Since our team makes no money from our paranormal investigation activities, we do not have any form of liability insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any damages that result from paranormal activity and we will not be responsible for compensating anyone should damages occur that are paranormally related. You agree that you will not hold ISIS Paranormal Investigations, its team members or its directors liable for any damages that are the result of paranormal activity or that are not a result of negligence on the behalf of our team or its members.
3. RESERVATIONS OF OUR RIGHTS
3.1. We reserve the right to decline any investigation request at any time.
3.2. We reserve the right to decline an investigation if a location is deemed unsafe or structurally unsound or runs the risk of harming any of our members.
3.3. We reserve the right to request a fuel reimbursement for our investigative services which helps to defray the astronomical costs associated with travel expenses.
3.4. We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement at any time without having to notify anyone directly in person. We will, however, make a note of it on our site when changes have been made to this agreement: at the bottom of this page, it will give indication to the last date that this page has been edited.
3.5. We reserve the right to decline any case or to refer a client to an appropriate organization or religious affiliation.
3.6. We reserve the right to decline any event or investigation invitation.
3.7. We reserve the right to refrain from responding to emails that we consider frivolous, not concerning our organization or that are otherwise threatening or considered harassing. We further reserve the right to discontinue communications with any individual that threatens, harasses, or otherwise attempts to harm our organization, its members, or its cofounders. You acknowledge that you are aware that we will report threats and harassing attempts to proper authorities for immediate relief.
3.8. We reserve the right to keep the copyright to any and all information that we have labeled as evidence as termed and defined in our definitions. We further reserve the right to use any information and/or evidence any way we choose, now and in the future, and you acknowledge that you will not be compensated for the information or evidence that you share with us, now or at any future time.
3.9. You agree that you will not use the ISIS logo or the ISIS Paranormal Investigations name, graphics, images, information, or any other material belonging to ISIS Paranormal Investigations at any time whatsoever, without written consent of the team cofounders. You further agree that you will not present yourself as a member of the ISIS Paranormal Investigation team if you are not an active member in good standing or if you were never a member of our team.
3.10. We reserve the right to analyze cases in the order we see fit to do so, and we further reserve the right to refrain from posting a case at our discretion. You further acknowledge that if our team detects deceptive practices on the behalf of a client, we may discontinue the investigation, we may close the case file out without analyzing any evidence at all, or we will treat the investigation or casefile in the manner we see fit.
3.11. We reserve the right to choose our members and to keep our membership closed to the general public.
3.12. We reserve the right to respond to telephone and email communication in the order we see fit, which is based on the level of seriousness of the communication in question. We further reserve the right from refraining from emails or telephone communications at our discretion.
DISCLAIMER
WE AT ISIS PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS UNDERSTAND THAT AN INDIVIDUAL THAT EXPERIENCES PARANORMAL ACTIVITY MAY FEEL ISOLATED, ALONE, FRIGHTENED AND UPSET. WE WILL DO WHAT WE CAN TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS THAT CONTACT US OR THAT REQUEST INFORMATION OR AN INVESTIGATION BUT WE DO NOT MAKE ANY GUARANTEES THAT WE WILL INVESTIGATE A LOCATION THAT IS REQUESTED FOR AN INVESTIGATION, NOR DO WE MAKE ANY GUARANTEES THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO RESOLVE ISSUES THAT ARE OF PARANORMAL ORIGIN. WE WILL MAKE ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE ISSUES REGUARDING PARANORMAL EVENTS THAT ARE DISTURBING OR UNCOMFORTABLE, IF AND WHEN RELIEF IS REQUESTED, BUT WE CANNOT GIVE AND DO NOT OFFER ANY PROMISES OF RELIEF WHATSOEVER.
4. LAWFUL REQUIREMENTS
4.1. ISIS Paranormal Investigations does not conduct investigations for those individuals that are of a minor’s age when making the request. All clients and potential clients must be 18 years old to request an investigation from our team.
4.2. It is the client’s responsibility to provide access to a location in order for our team to investigate. At no time whatsoever will our team trespass on a property for investigation purposes and it is the client’s obligation to get all permissions regarding access to a site. If the location is an apartment, the client is obligated to get the permission of the property owner, or property owners so that we may investigate and the ISIS Paranormal Investigation Team accepts no responsibility in this regard. We will assume that a client has gotten the appropriate permissions to investigate and if the client has not gotten the appropriate permissions, the ISIS Paranormal Investigations team will not be responsible for the outcome as a direct result of inadequate, incomplete, or non-requested permissions. THE ISIS PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS TEAM DOES NOT CONDONE TRESPASSING AND WILL NOT AT ANY TIME ACQUIESCE TO ANYONE’S REQUEST TO TRESPASS ON OR AT A LOCATION.
5. SITE USE
5.1. ISIS Paranormal Investigations’ material shall not be utilized or shared without the permission of its cofounding members.
5.2. ISIS Paranormal Investigations’ material is not obtainable for sub-licensure, and it cannot be given to another organization, rented, leased, lent, copied, stolen, or by design transferred to another individual or individuals unless you have obtained expressed consent from ISIS Paranormal Investigations cofounders, in writing.
5.3. You may not at any time attempt to alter the ISIS Paranormal Website, reverse engineer the websites design, hack the website, disperse, disassemble, modify, alter, mutate, abridge, amend, hotlink to, or change the website belonging to ISIS Paranormal Investigations and you cannot manufacture offshoots, plagiaristic materials, sequels, sister sites, or copies of the information offered at this site, now or in the future. You may not include our materials in any written documents, eBooks, digital works, books, or radio shows, television shows, or movies without the permission of the ISIS Paranormal Investigations Cofounders.
5.4. As a user of the ISIS Paranormal Investigations site, you agree to make no effort to access, go into, sidestep or to circumvent the security measures established by ISIS Paranormal Investigations on this website, and you further agree that you will make no efforts to obstruct, hinder, or to thwart our security measures when implemented. You may, at no time, utilize robots, crawlers, spiders, downloading devices, querying devices, or any other devices in an effort to hack into the ISIS Paranormal Investigations website, and you are not allowed, at any time, to take or alter the material we provide to use somewhere else. Violators of copyright will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
5.5. ISIS Paranormal Investigations does not now or ever provide you with ownership or license or copyright of our material, information, evidence, images, graphics, audio, video, or anything else on this website. ISIS Paranormal Investigations remains the private, distinct, exclusive, and sole owner of everything on this website, unless otherwise stated by us. Your utilization, viewing or accessing of the information and material contained within the ISIS Paranormal Investigations website does not deliver to you any form of a transfer of ownership of the said materials or information herein provided.
5.6. ISIS Paranormal Investigations offers you the information and material for your viewing purposes only, unless otherwise expressed, and the ISIS Paranormal Investigations team, team members, and cofounders are not responsible for any actions an individual may or may not take after accessing our material. The material is offered as is, with no guarantees, warranties, conditions, assurances, implied, stated, or suggested. ISIS Paranormal Investigations voids any and all indirect terms, conditions, warranties, guarantees, and/or assurances, legal or illegal.
5.7. We make no guarantee to you that any of the material or information we offer is virus free and we advise everyone to use the appropriate firewalls and virus protection applications whenever viewing the ISIS Paranormal Investigations site, or any other site on the Internet.
5.8. It may be the case that some information on this website may be disturbing or frightening to some of its viewers or listeners. The ISIS Paranormal Investigations team is not responsible for the physical or psychological effects one may experience from accessing our material or information and we strongly suggest that anyone viewing are material is either an adult or has parental guidance when using our site.
5.9. You agree to allow ISIS Paranormal Investigations to collect and gather information as established in our Privacy Policy, and that we may utilize such information to decipher your website viewing habits, to document paranormal events, to share information with the paranormal community and the community at large, and any other way we see fit as is defined in our Privacy Policy, provided that we maintain anonymity when it is requested. You should carefully review the ISIS Paranormal Investigations Privacy Policy as all of the condition set forth within our Privacy Policy stand and work together with the rules and regulations set forth in our Terms and Conditions agreement.
5.10. You acknowledge and understand that we do not invite people to go on investigations that are outside of our group, and that we do not bring people along on investigations for fun or entertainment purposes. The decision to bring anyone on an investigation with the team is at the discretion of the ISIS Paranormal Investigations team, and our team request’s client permissions before we consent to having anyone join us on an investigation.
5.11. You acknowledge that ISIS Paranormal Investigations does not currently train other teams and/or investigators, nor do we offer any training courses at this time. If we decide to offer training courses in the future, we will place a notification on our website. You acknowledge that the ISIS Paranormal Investigations team is not obligated or duty-bound in regard to working with other groups or organizations when joint investigations are requested.
5.12. You acknowledge and understand that our group membership is a closed membership and is not open to public applications. We carefully select our members based on our close affiliation with said members and a clear understanding of our members’ skills and abilities.
6. AMENDMENTS AND ALTERATIONS
6.1. Any and every rule created by ISIS Paranormal Investigations can be changed and modified without the consent of our viewers, clients, potential clients, affiliates, or other paranormal organizations at any time.
6.2. Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions changes will be implemented as our team sees fit. You hold the responsibility to remain informed about changes.
6.3. After changes have been made within the ISIS Paranormal Investigations Privacy Policy and the time frame arrives for their implementation, even if you have not reviewed the changes, your continued use of our site services is clear indication of your acceptance of such changes, as well as your understanding of them. If you should find that you disagree with any amendments made, you must discontinue your usage of ISIS Paranormal Investigations' material.
7. PREVAILING LAW
7.1. The formation, soundness, and presentation of this contract will be regulated by governing laws pervading in the United States. In addition, this will not in any way thwart us from pursuing individuals in the court of law if it is necessary to seek out monetary relief. The English language edition of this contract will reign over all other foreign languages and translated versions of this contract created by ISIS Paranormal Investigations.
7.2. If any part of this contract is found to be in legal error or unlawful, all other parts of the contract will stand as if the error does not exist.
8. ISIS Paranormal Radio
8.1. ISIS Paranormal Radio is a division of ISIS Paranormal Investigations and all rights are reserved in regard to any information, audio recordings, or materials that ISIS Paranormal Radio produces. You may not use the material offerings in ISIS Paranormal Radio Broadcasts in any form without the written consent of its controllers, the cofounders, and co-directors of ISIS Paranormal Investigations.
8.2. We reserve the right to schedule shows when convenient and to cancel shows if necessary. We further reserve the right to have on what guests we choose, and we reserve the right to decline interviews or guest spot requests.
8.3. You agree that you understand that the cohosts of ISIS Paranormal Radio and the members of ISIS Paranormal Investigations make no assertion that they agree or support any or all statements or information shared by the guests that are heard on ISIS Paranormal Radio.
9. AFFILIATIONS
9.1. The ISIS Paranormal Investigations team is proud to announce our affiliation with several paranormal groups as indicated on the affiliations page of our site. All of the groups listed on our affiliation page are doing an outstanding job assisting others that are experiencing hauntings or other paranormal activity. We therefore would like to take the opportunity to thank our affiliates for their relentless dedication to the paranormal community and we wish them continued success in all of their endeavors. In contrast, ISIS Paranormal Investigations is an individual entity, and we do not control or manage the research techniques of other groups, including any of the groups listed on our affiliate page. You understand that all groups are their own entity, have their own identities, and are therefore responsible for their own practices, methods of research, and team dynamics. If we have recommended you to one of our affiliations or another paranormal investigation team in your area, we are not accountable for what the team does, nor are we in any way in charge of how the team conducts investigations. We are happy to recommend other local teams to those that seek them, but we do not maintain responsibility, nor do we have any authority over the investigative teams one is referred to.
9.2. Although the ISIS Paranormal Investigations website offers a page with extensive paranormal links, this is not an indication of our affiliation with all of the groups that we link to or to groups that offer return links to the ISIS Paranormal Investigations web pages.
9.3. When requesting link exchanges, the ISIS Paranormal Investigations team is happy to oblige to such requests provided that the website offers paranormally themed information, or information on Wicca and Magick in general, and that the website is of a good quality for our visitors to view. We will not link to pornographic sites at any time, nor to sites that promote criminal activity. When you request a link, our team may not be able to immediately respond to link requests but will do so as soon as we are able.
